coach what are your thoughts about placing a backward lunge workout in with keeping ur front stationary foot elevated like a 4inch high box for example
Reverse Lunges with the front foot elevated are an excellent exercise. The increased range of motion really helps to improve mobility.I would highly recommend using DB's if you cannot move the platform inside the power rack.
