What Kind of Exercises Do You Do?

If you ask anyone in our program to tell you what type of exercises we do at Advanced Training, they would have a pretty hard time telling you.

Why?

Well, could you easily explain something like this? .....

coach what are your thoughts about placing a backward lunge workout in with keeping ur front stationary foot elevated like a 4inch high box for example

Reverse Lunges with the front foot elevated are an excellent exercise. The increased range of motion really helps to improve mobility.

I would highly recommend using DB's if you cannot move the platform inside the power rack.
